My hoover seems to have lost suction .... its hardly picking up anything. I have checked for blockages and made sure the hoover is set (i.e. short carpet) .. i have JUST changed the filters and it still isnt working properly?
Any ideas!! i would be most grateful for any help.... thanks

Try washing out the blue dust box in water (Apparently it is safe to put in a dishwasher! Not that I would fancy doing that!).

You may have had a build up of fine dust particles blocking the blue box. The vacuum relies on this to suck effectively.

Wash it in plain warm warm water. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours (Do not use until totally dry!!)
