XTRON 712 WIRING ?

hey ya, i bought a xtrons 712, have all the wires connected and working, except the brown wire.
it is labelled att, but isnt in wiring diag etc...

can somebody tell me where to connect it, and its function... i know brown is typically tel mute when gnd but this function isnt the same...

just found out, on the xtronx td712 the brown wire is antena power,,, for tv n radio...

you need to connect it to a positive power supply, with an inline 1 amp fuse. [dont forget the fuse guys, it is required incase of surges]

i cant say it does much to help signal quality though, so :) - i just dont get why it isnt an internal switch, why have an extra positive wire to connect i dont know... an internal relay would of been a better idea, meaning it only switched on when radio or tv was activated... ahhh well. only the users can think of these brilliant ideas eh, manufacturers r crap lol.
