singer 29k70 sewing machine???

my machine (patcher) doesn't advance material with the walking foot...everything else seems to be ok...the presser foot goes up and down....

advice?? i have the parts book...

Hello Steve,
either the walking foot needs adjusting, ot the teeth have dropped down, if it is neither of them you will need an engineer to look at that model.
