my freeview box has a hardrive that can record on two channels at once,but recently it will not record on two channels only one channel or none,i have reset it to factory settings losing everything that was in the library and it still will only record on one channel,any help will be welcome

sounds like hard disk is faulty better to replace , ensure there is signal coming from the two satellite cables to the box
