washer/dryer?

the dryer on my zanussi washer/dryer will not dry my clothes can this be down to the heater element and if so how much work is involved in changing it

there is a tank down the back right corner (looking from front) called a condensor and they get blocked with fluff.you need to remove them from the machine and wash them out to solve dryer problem
