How can I fix my VTD 20 Hotpoint Aquarius tumble dryer?

Dries for a few minutes then stops. If allowed to rest for 15 minutes or so will start up again, but then stop after a few more minutes!???

Can you please send me the wiring details for the timer as I am replacing it and wires have come a drift removing then and I been told not to bother calling Hotpoint as they are no good on that score.
