tried red reset button but still no heat on tumble dryer?

no heat from tumble dryer .tried reset button on back and new element on any ideas make is white knight dual sensor dry cl447wv

my white knight is the CL767 model
and it worked but didnt heat up
cleaned the heat exchanger box
in the bottom of the machine
but still wouldnt heat then i tried
slamming the heat exchanger box
back into place,works perfect
