Sagem Freeview Box?

I purchased a Sagem Freeview Box rom Tesco but since connecting it there is no red colour in the freeview channels. The normal terrestrial channels on the TV not using the box the colour is OK. Anyone help?

It could be the SCART lead or the box. Ensure that the SCART lead is fully home on the box and the TV.

If that fails to fix it and the SCART lead came with the box, take the whole thing back for a refund.
