Windows will load then sometimes freezes at the login screen. My mouse still works but other than that it's frozen. Sometimes I can login when all the icons load everything is frozen. Again the mouse moves but can not click on anything. When brought to the bottom bar it turns to an hour glass. Would appreciate any insight. If more info is required please ask.

Worth trying all the basics...

# Ensure you have installed all Windows Updates which are available.
# Do a full scan with your Anti-virus software. (Try a second check with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.)
# Use a Registry Cleaner such as CCleaner.
