Whats wrong with my Fiat Punto Clutch?

My clutch went on a Fiat Punto 60, s reg. I have replaced it but now can't get pressure on the clutch pedal,I have tried to bleed it as it is a fluid clutch but fear I may have done it wrong, can you help?

make sure there is plenty of fluid in tme master cylinder , often i find the easiest way to bleed the clutch is by gravity , remove the cap and loosen the nipple on the clutch slave cylinder and wait for air free fluid , check the rubber boot around the slave cylinder if it shows signs of fluid leakage then the cylinder must be replaced , the best way to bleed via the pedal is as above but using a rubber tube with one end on the nipple and the other in a small bottle with some fluid in it , have an assistant pump the pedal gradually and slowly when there are no more bubbles coming from the tube then you have bled the system succesfully . tighten the nipple recheck fluid level and replace cap job done . good luck .
