i have an old dc01 blue, it has worked fine but recently it keeps trying to cut out, i changed the filters and keep emptying it, any advice what it could be please?
sounds like the mains lead has a break internally,usually up near where it disappears into the handle.it can be shortened by 9 inches or so and re-connected to the vac switch,or replace the entire lead.
