Best thing you can do unistall that norton rubbish its a system hugger its not very good and i never recomend it to any of my customers i suggest you install decent antivirus like avg or avast which are both free to download and use and have less impact on your pc and will kill all virus's that it will come across. ill give you some links to help you out
