I need to know a little more about your TV and the connections.

Does the TV have an inbuilt freeview tuner or do you use an external freeview box? If you're using an external box, how have you connected it to the TV?

Can you get a picture from any other source, like a DVD player or a VCR?

It would be useful if you gave the model number for the TV.
