can any one help my 1999 v reg vito 108 has recently started playing up it now has stiff gear changes (especially 1st and 3rd )
any one know the cause ? and will it help if i change the gearbox oil ?? any help on how i do that would be appreciated thanks in advance

Check the gear linkage first to see if any of the bushes have worn, if they have , replace these and try the gearchange to see if there's an improvement.
