how can I fix my fan belt?

I have to replace the fan belt on a vauxhall astra (M) 1.4 3dr hatchback (the old one snapped and fell off). I can't work out how to get it around what appears to be the engine support, bolted at one end to the bulk and the other the chassis. Is there a simple way of supporting the engine or does it need to go to a garage.

it sound like you dont realy know what you are doing you shouldnt have to remove any engine supports to change a simple thing as a fanbelt save your self time and effort and take it to the garage.
