what is epa mean on my saw. my saw will not run wright. its not got much power, on the h and l jets to ajust, there is not much of a diffrance.

EPA means Evironmental Protection Agency, these are usually American low emmision machines, if it has an EPA carb you will not be able to richen the mixture up too much due to the needle types. Check basic things first, fuel filter in the tank, cracked fuel hose, anything that could make it run even leaner
