Acoustic Solutions DS-8688 remote control?

The dog has chewed the remote control for our DVD recorder Acoustic Solutions DS-8688.
I bought some universal remotes but cannot get any to work.
Does anyone know where
(A) I can get a replacement remote or
(B) The code number for it so I can use it on the universal remote.
