as far as i know it will fit strait in, you may need to change one of the engine mounts to the rear but thats generally pretty easy as they give you all the holes you need. the hardest bit is changing the engine wiring! as there are alot more electrics for the turbo management, you may also have to change the fuel pump to give the correct pressure and on some diesel conversions sometimes the fuel tank itself needs changing
