I have same problem & had new turbo fitted , as fault report showed but still npt working fully as turbo only goes into first mode ,,, ( not full power ) I am renewing the turbo servo motor but cant find its wherabouts yet ,, will let you know .

Might be a fault on engine management system car has gone to limp mode. Need to get the memory read for faults.
