How do I replace the power switch to my Hotpoint Aquarius 800 deluxe WM13?
There appears to be a mechanical failure on the on/off switch of the above washing machine. The switch is near the top of the machine and two rear screws can be removed to lift part of the top lid, but I cannot find the front fixings. Is it easy to replace the switch once that has been done?
after removing the 2 rear screws you need to slide the top backwards a couple of inches, before trying to lift top off should then see what holds the panel in and the on/off switch
