Job time for replacement valves (Renault Espace 2003)?

How long to replace twelve valves (Sixteen valve head) on my Renault Espace 2.0L 2003, Along with a new cam belt. Any ideas of a rough price if I took it to a garage (Please don't include head re-facing)
