Only firing on three Cylinders?

Renault Trafic 57 plate, 2 ltr dci, after hitting a huge puddle the other day it now only fires on 3 cylinders, have changed air filter which was soaking, most electrical connections are wet under bonnet passenger side, any advice please.?

Hi there you may have bent a con rod if your engine has sucked water in. Diesels need high compression to fire.
