How can I fix my Zanussi sensor dryer?

Hi, I have a Zanussi 7kg electronic sensor dryer (ZDC 47 100W), it keeps stopping its drying cycle after only a few minutes and the "empty tank" indicator light comes on. I have emptied the water tank at the bottom of the machine but the problem persists - can you help??!

It's operating correctly but there is no heat!!!

the water isn't getting from the internal storage tank to the water bottle you pull out.there could be a blockage inside the internal tank that needs sorting.this is a lid off and side panel off job to gain access to tank.also check float and microswitch operate correctly
