how to fix error code e48 on 93' 7740 ford tractor?

my '93 7740 ford tractor flashes the code everytime i start it. It will sit and run, but when i try to move it it dies, but easly starts back up. What is my tractor trying to tell me thats wrong.

E48 indicates a short circuit at the clutch pedal disconnect switch, check the wiring to it and that it is correctly adjusted.
