i got a 2005 nrg power dd and the crank snapped and destroyed the cylinder and the inside the engine and the garage said it would cost more than the bikes worth to repair but i can get a engine from a bike breakers out of a gilera runner on a 2001 plate it also got a polini 70cc sport kit will it be possible to just bolt it straight in and what jet size would be best it currently has a 60 jet in and is a leo vince zx good for the 70 kit hopfully some1 has an answer thanks if u do
They are the same engine so yes it will fit,i would run a 75 main jet with the 70 kit and the race pipe it may even need to be a bit bigger but no more than a 90 main jet.

your NRG is a Piaggio. The runner is a Gilera.
I really dont think you can bolt it straight in. I doubt with major modifications it would fit.
