Need some help, Renault Laguna 98, Maybe missfireing when round rounderbout?

Hi, Renault keeps kinda like jumping when going round the roundabout, needs a little push(e.g. gas) to get it going again, any ideas? Car's engine has low mileage, answer here if you can.

Might be dirt in the fuel tank or blocked up fuel filter-
Replace the filter and see if any improvement..
