unknown warning light on Peugeot Boxer Van - 2001?

Hi
We have an Autosleeper convertion & a red warning light has periodically started to come on. The icon appears on the lower left hand side of the dial facia panel (to the left & below the Fuel guage) and is a cylindrical shape with a spray at the top. This warning light is NOT in the manual, & we want to know what it is. Occasionally the word CODE also comes on briefly.
We would be MOST grateful if you are able to letus know what this may be & if we need to take any action to remedy it
Thankyou

It's the engine management light. It should come on with all the other lights when you turn the ignition on, and go out before you start the engine. If it doesn't go out then probably the engine management computer thinks there is a fault of some kind. You need to plug in diagnosis equipment of some kind to find out exactly is going on.
Regards,
Mike
