erratic indicators in 01 ford transit?

My indicators are flashing at 3 times their normal speed. I have checked all the bulbs with a multimeter and they are ok

make sure all bulbs are correct fitment and correct wattage -21w front and rear ,5w in side repeater light. if all ok make sure rear lights are all working ok and not being affected by other lights being on.
