spark plugs?

I cant get to 2 spark plugs on my vw golf...looks like i need special spanner..where would i get one?

you will need a plug socket and socket wrench. they can be bought from halfords or car spares shop.make sure you get the right size for your plug as they look the same but have different internal measurements.
