how to fix a water leak on transit 2.5 1997?

water is comeing from where the cam blet cover is water is runing out every time i top it up there is a slit in the cover to the cam dont now where it is comeing from as its not from the top thanks

Sounds like your water pump has gone. If you look behind the fan you can see the end of the water pump sticking out of the cam belt cover. There is two holes in the casting one at the top one at the bottom thats where the water normally leaks from.
