I have just replaced the front brake pads. You will need a 8mm allen key, long nosed pliyers, plyers, hammer.
Take wheel off, and unscrew the bolt at the top of the assembly (8mm allen key) Pull out the split pin holding the pin at the bottom with the long nosed pliers and tap out the pin with the hammer (you may need a 5mm punch to push the pin right out). With the long nosed pliers pull out the metal spring shim. The Retaining cradle should lift off easily.Remove the cap from your fluid resovior and keep an eye on the level, Push back the piston as far as possible. The old pads should slide out. Fitting is the reverse. Should take around an hour to do both sides. Quite straight forward
