SERVIS 1500 EASYLOGIC WONT SPIN?

Hi

Got a SERVICS 1500 EASYLOGIC machine but it has a problem with the programs i think as it will turn and fill with water also i can get it to empty but it WILL NOT SPIN .

can anyone help ?

is there something I can do ?
