Hello eileen - it sounds like you may have a valve or water tube fault. If you call the Vax Careline on 08444 128455, with your machine available, an Advisor will be able to discuss the options available to you.
The Vax Careline is open every day, from 8.30am until 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am until 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Outside of these times please check the website support section which includes videos to demonstrate how to deal with everyday problems such as changing filters and belts and checking for blockages.
