Sony Trinitron Digital KD-32DX40U digital tv Retune for Digital Channels?
My TV wont retune for new channels so I haven't been able to update for about a year. I have followed the instructions from the manual but it just stays searching......
I have just retuned the same telly. It works fine for me. I had to have a couple of goes to make it work btw.
When the 'searching' fails, restart the telly and try again. Mine retune failed on first searching as well.

Will not retune because it lacks the correct tuning equipment for the changeover. They only answer is to buy a set top box. This is well worth doing as the picture quality far exceeds that of modern flat screens.
