How can I fix my driver's side front electric window on Rover 420 iXL TD Sa?

Window pops out of rubber seal when wound right down. Have put this back on numerous occasions but window does not close properly leaving gap on long side of the window. This can be manoeuvered manually when closing window but only when window is almost closed.

If you can send a photo to sapper at paradise.net.nz of the inside of the door with the panel stil on I will guide you through it. Best way normally is to get another, but be aware that even second hand ones suffer from the same wear.
