mercedes e220cdi immobiliser problems??

my key fob failed to open doors so i opened it by the key hiding in the fob and have no power coming to anything including hazards is this my imobiliser?

Try using second remote key or change the batteries in the remote thats not working.
This way you can establish if there is a fault or not.
