the ignition/battery ligh flickering dimly at speed?

My Peugeot Expert van has the ignition/battery ligh flickering dimly at speed.
No loss of power.
Have just driven continuously for 6 hours from South Wales to Aberdeen

could be a loose or worn belt on the alternator also check for loose connections or damaged battery if all are ok then look at alternator
