where is the heater matrix and does the dash have to come out

did you fix this heater problem as mines just started to leak coolent. i,ve not been able to remove the dash.have you any pointers on whats holding the dash in. i,ve removed all the screws and nuts in the van is there any in the engine bat that hold the top of the dash in.thanks
