put in first gear take handbrake off and hit centre of wheels with heavy hammer (remove trims first or if alloys use block of wood to protect alloys before hitting ) shock will free shoes or pads that have bonded (you may have to do it cpl times check for free wheeling after and take for a run leaving in gear without hand brake on for cpl days after (except on hills lol)
