It has 2 alternate keyboards, & I have it stuck in what I think is the second one. So consequently I don't have the normal typewriter access to keys such as the question mark, the apostrophe, & the backslash key.

I have to use alternate keys to type these symbols & sometimes it can be really irritating.

I believe the Model # is D250-1284. I think, though I'm not sure...
