My CX4200 is about 2 yrs old; only changed cartridges 2 times; gentle household use only and when I tried to print an envelope it sounded like it wanted to jam and now, even turning it off and on several times, and after talking to an Epson support tech, it just won't do anything. Nearest repair is 150 miles. I am disappointed to think this has happened with such little use. Any suggestions? Thanks.
