I have the Activa Smart machine purchased in June 2007. It has been working fine until now, when I select the Cottons cycle it goes half way through cycle then stops, the drum is still full of water and the security feature on the door remains on? Any ideas?? I have to put it on a mix of cycles between spin, rinse and drain to get the drum empty.
Any help would be appreciated
