How do I fix my Neptune Exotic electric shower from cutting out in use?

My Neptune Exotic electric shower cuts out water flow after about a minute of water flowing out of the shower head,this sometimes is accompanied by a hissing sound coming from the shower unit.

This could be a restriction in the water flow from the heater tank. Remove handset and check for adequate watre flow from the hose. If water flow is very poor the heater tank may be scaled up if you are in a hard water area
