How to drill out pop rivets from inside FordKa to fix door handle?

The handle inside works, & the lock but the handle outside wont open the door. T reg Basic KA, wind up windows, not central locking .

The problem will be a small spring inside the latch assembly, easy to fix, a box of springs from Halfords £6.99 as to £45+vat for a new latch from Ford! for details contact me on nige110162(at symbol)hotmail.co.uk
