my Homelite UT20004B only runs in 1/2 choke postion, whats up?

My Homelite UT20004B only runs in 1/2 choke position. On "run" it stops. How can I fix this?

Its running too lean, blocked fuel filter in the tank, cracked fuel hose, dirt in carb screen, richen up on the L screw of the carb, screw out 1/4 turn and try again
