peugeot boxer clutch pedal?

how did you repair your clutch pedal
paul bennifer, May 2010
You cant weld it, its plastic, just got a new one on eBay for 25 quid, no real hustle fitting.

i meant to put this up years ago, i had huge problems with cables and pedals on my boxer.
first piece of advice, both types of cable work fine. the long one back of the engine and under the arm, the short one goes out over the engine and on top of the arm
the cause of my problems was a fractured bulkhead!!! hidden behind all the wadding
....and yes it takes more like 10 minutes to replace the pedal

LOLL this sounds a bit weird especially 20 Min to reassemble together with spring? or without hahahahahahaha
Martin get to some real advices please, don't dream alive, and ofc all pedal has to be replaced but never in 20 Min

Depending on the age of your boxer van, older types are as follows, the clutch pedal in made from plastic and is retained by a circlip onto the pedal box and a linkage clip onto the clutch cable. The pedal just slides off sideways. The clutch pedal is a dealer only part, but not too expensive, and took about 20mins to fit.

Take it you have broken part, this could maybe be welded back on,if not probably need new pedal,if your pedal was stiff to operate before it broke, cable may be starting to seize up putting a strain on your pedal, good luck
