your filter may be blocked.
i had to pay 150euro for an engineer to fix this for me but i seen how he fixed it and i can fix this problem now myself
the filter is behind the removable panel on the bottom front of the machine.
1-remove the panel
2-unscrew the filter plug(anti clockwise), water may leak, even if the machine is empty.
3-see if you can see anything in the filter compartment,if you can remove it, do, if not;
4-turn machine on its side and there is a rubber hosing behind the compartment, feel the hosing for obstruction.
5-remove spring clip by pinching ends together.
6-remove hosing, remove obstruction.
7-replace everything as it was.
