I have a Toro 20332 Personal Pace rear drive mower. The rear wheels keep stripping out (plastic gears). The dealer has fixed it twice with new wheels. Is this wide spread? I use it on 6 acres as an edge mower. The new wheels last only about 4 hours use.

No answer but the same problem! Mower lasted a couple of years without a problem but now I cannot stop strippin the gears on one wheel.

Oh Ken I know what you mean,I have the same machine. I bought it at home depot I lost count on how many wheels I replaced. The replacement wheels they offer in home depot do not work they are metal cogs,but they don't match the cogs on the mower hents the machine will not even roll.What a shame it's a very good cutter.I think now theres a recall on something. good luck!!
