toyota lucida,steering judder?

i have a 96' estima lucida,and when i turn at low speeds and when parking,the steering judders and trys to fight to the opposite way your steering,i have enough power steering fluid,can any anyone help me.

sounds like the power steering pump belt is slack and slipping under load when the steering is under load, like when steering without the wheels rolling, or when the rack reaches the full lock stops

suggest you try and source a new pump from a scrappy and try that,make sure nothing is seized in your steering system ie,suspension joints seized giving tight steering,track rod ends etc,if no better could be looking at a rack.
