Homelite gas Trimmer Carb Adjustment?

I have a Homelite UT15136 gas trimmer. It will start but after about 5 to 10 seconds it cuts out. I have cleaned the carb and tried to adjust the screws but they have plastic stops so the adjustment range is limited. Thanks for any help.

how many turns on the set screws are factory setting ? which screw is idle and which is high speed adjustment ?

If it has plastic caps, they are just pushed on and will come off giving you a full range of adjustment
